Enter the Locked Room works similar to other online stores.

To buy a garment or accessory simply add them to your cart and checkout when you are ready. You are given the option to purchase items as soon as possible.

There are two methods to setup an account with Enter the Locked Room.

The first method is to simply click Join at the top of the screen. You will then be presented with a form to enter your name and address details along with a password. Please be sure to enter correct name and address information as this information is used to dispatch any products that you loan or buy.

The second method to register is during the cart Check Out process. This method allows you to browse Enter the Locked Room and add loan or buy items to your cart and simply register as part of the check out process. Once again, you will be presented with a form to enter your name and address details along with a password.

Once you register using one of the two mentioned methods an email should have be sent to your email address. For security reasons, It is important to follow instructions contained within this email to verify your account.

When you register for a new Enter the Locked Room account, an account is created for you and your account has a status.

Your account information including your account status can be viewed by signing in with your email address and password (if you have not done so already) and then clicking on your name at the top of the screen.

An account status of Unverified means you have completed the registration process, please follow the instructions sent to you via an email when you registered. Once you click on the registration email, your account status will change to Verified which is important for us to ensure you are a real person.

Please note that you can verify your account in future if you had not yet done so by clicking on the Verify Account button to the right of your account status.

You can update your account details (address, contact details and password) at any time simply by signing in and clicking on your name to view your account details. You can then click the Edit button to modify your details.

Simply search for products using the Search for Products box at the top right of the screen, or browse the store for items to loan or to buy.

Once you have found an item you would like, click Add to Bag. Items added to your bag will be visible if you click Items In Cart at the top right of the screen.

If the item is purchasable, you can choose to have them shipped as soon as possible.

Please do not share your login details with anyone including someone claiming to be from Enter the Locked Room. There should be no reasons that we require your password under any situation.

If you have forgotten your password, on the Sign In form (click sign in at the top of the screen), there is a 'Forgot your password?' link. Simply enter your email address and click 'Forgot your password?' and a temporary password will be emailed to you. After you login using your temporary password, you may change your password again by updating your account details.
